Terms & Conditions

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe intellectual property rights
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems
- Submit false or misleading information through forms
We may suspend or block access for misuse.

- Quotes provided through the Site or by email are non-binding until confirmed in writing.
A booking is confirmed only after:
a) Written confirmation, and
b) Required deposit/payment is received.
- Prices are subject to change until booking is confirmed.
- Additional fees may apply for overtime, travel, rush delivery, special editing, extra revisions, or custom floral materials.

- Deposits are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
- If a client cancels, any refund (if offered) is governed by the signed service agreement, not the Site alone.
- We reserve the right to reschedule due to illness, emergency, unsafe conditions, or events beyond our control. In such cases, we will offer a reasonable alternative date or solution.

You agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Arrive on time for scheduled sessions
- Obtain necessary permissions for locations
- Ensure cooperation of participants (for events/sessions)Inform us in advance of any special requirements or restrictions
We are not responsible for reduced coverage or quality caused by delays, restrictions, weather, or lack of cooperation.

All Site content — including text, images, branding, and design — is owned by or licensed to us and protected by copyright and other laws.You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or reuse Site content without prior written permission.

Unless otherwise stated in a written contract:
- We retain copyright to all photographs and creative works we produce.
- Clients receive a personal-use license to use delivered images.
- Commercial use, resale, publication, or alteration may require a separate license.

We may use images from sessions/events for:
- Portfolio
- Website
- Social media
- Marketing materials
If you require full privacy/no portfolio use, this must be agreed in writing before the session.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on workload, season, and project scope. We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control. Digital delivery methods may include online galleries or download links.

You acknowledge that:
- Photography and floral design are creative services
- Final results reflect our artistic style and judgment
- Minor variations in color, composition, and editing are normal
- Monitor/device differences affect how images appear
By booking, you accept our portfolio style.

The Site may include third-party tools (booking, galleries, payments, analytics) and links to external sites. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Site and its content are provided “as is”
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Site use or services
- Our total liability related to services will not exceed the amount paid by the client for those services

We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Severe weather
- Government restrictions
- Power or internet outages
- Illness or emergencies

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you agree to how we collect and use information as described there.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the courts in that jurisdiction.
